MiBrida Privacy Policy

MiBrida is a platform designed to help businesses manage users, employees, customers, inventories, forms, reports, orders, internal messages, groups, and notifications.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information such as:

• User name.
• Email address.
• Phone number, if provided by the user.
• Date of birth, if provided by the user.
• Password stored securely using hashing.
• Registered company information.
• User role within the company.
• Data entered into forms, inventories, orders, and reports.
• Messages sent through the internal chat.
• Files or images uploaded by users.
• Email addresses of members or groups added within the company.
• Device push notification tokens.
• Technical information required for the security, maintenance and operation of the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information to:

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Provide login and protect access.
• Manage companies, employees, customers, and roles.
• Create, store, and display forms, reports, inventories, and orders.
• Send emails related to reports, receipts, or company activities.
• Send push notifications related to messages, orders, reports, or system alerts.
• Allow internal communication through chat.
• Improve security, prevent abuse, and keep the service working properly.

3. Push Notifications

MiBrida uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. These notifications may include alerts about messages, orders, reports, company activities, or important system events.

Users can disable notifications from their device settings.

4. Emails

MiBrida may send platform-related emails, including account verification, reports, receipts, invitations, group messages, or important notifications.

5. Files, Images, and User Content

Users may upload information, images, or files depending on the features available in the platform. This content is used only to display or process it within MiBrida features and the corresponding company account.

6. Data Sharing

MiBrida does not sell users’ personal information.

We may share information only in the following cases:

• With authorized users within the same company.
• With technology providers necessary to operate the service, such as email services, web hosting, databases, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• When required by law, a competent authority, or a valid legal process.

7. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls, user sessions, validations, and secure password storage using hashing.

However, no system is completely secure. For that reason, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain information while the account is active or as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain operational records.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account directly from Settings > Delete Account within MiBrida.

For security reasons, the system may require password confirmation before processing the request.

Once deletion is requested, the account will remain in a pending state for 7 days before permanent deletion. During that period, the user may cancel the request from within the platform.

Some data may be retained for a limited time when necessary for security, legal compliance, internal records, or fraud prevention.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data through the tools available within MiBrida or by contacting us at:

11. Children’s Privacy

MiBrida is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Changes will be posted on this same page.
